Signing of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Government of the Italian Republic on the Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information

 

In the context of international activities in the field of bilateral agreements on the protection of classified information and ​​following negotiations, the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Government of the Italian Republic on the Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information was signed on 17 December 2015 by Boris Mohar, Director of the Slovenian National Security Authority, and Rosella Franchini Sherifes, Italian Ambassador to Slovenia.

 

The Agreement provides a legal basis for state bodies to exchange classified information with the representatives of other countries. Additionally, Slovenian companies will be able to enter into contracts that foresee the exchange of classified information.
