On 28 October 2015, the Government Office for the Protection of Classified Information organized a bilateral event with the delegation of the national security authority of the Republic of Croatia, headed by Director Ivica Panenić and the Information Systems Security Bureau of the Republic of Croatia, headed by Director Robert Žunac. The priorities of the further cooperation were defined, in particular with regard to personnel security, protection of classified information in court proceedings and CIS security. In this field, national legislations of the two countries need to be updated and in this context, carrying out parallel TEMPEST measurements and exchange of opinions on standardized criteria would be of great help. On this occasion, an Implementing Security Arrangement on data exchange in security cooperation between the national security authorities of the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Croatia was signed and an agreement upon its enforcement was reached. Since the need for the bilateral cooperation is mutual, the managements of the two authorities will further support intensive cooperation on a professional level.
